NEW SEWING PATTERN: No. 24 Antheuil
Today is the official release day for No.24 Antheuil. You may already have heard about it, as we have had a pre-order for it the past week. Speaking of, I just want to say thank you for your support! We never had a more successful pre-order before; we beat the record for No. 21 Casablanca, which was also a pattern you loved.
The new sewing pattern, No. 24 Antheuil, is an easy skirt with difficulty 1-2. It's been a long time since I've released an easy pattern, and I missed having an easy pattern to make. However, I already have 3 of these skirts! I want to show you another day - but it's so lovely having a go-to skirt that just works.
No. 24 Antheuil is a classic, simple skirt. It comes in 3 versions; one that goes to the knee, one calf length and one ankle length. In addition, there are options for two different pockets; a classic and one with pocket flaps for extra retro and vintage feeling—all three with a lot of widths and a cutline detail in the side.
This skirt is a collaboration with french Grisette. We began working on this pattern more than a year ago. Developing the design and conversations with Grisette has been a true pleasure. She's a wonderful woman, and I'm completely in love with her universe; it's magic, mystique, dramatic and vintage - everything I love. And I'm very proud to bring this magic to HTDF.
