A special & emotional dress
I have shown you this dress many times before, and I will be glad to show it to you again and again – because it is one of my favorite dresses. In Denmark, autumn is here, meaning I can wear this dress again as it is made i wool. I made this dress as a test to see if everything worked, because I have some very special fabric in mind that I didn't want to use if it didn't work. I prefer to work like that when the final dress is made in some fabric, I have made embroidery on. The dress is No. 6 København with a few adjustments. No. 6 is a special pattern to me. I made it in a time when everything was difficult, and I did not feel so great and very insecure. So, I developed a dress that made me feel strong and confident. But I still love this pattern; somehow, it is always the pattern I choose when I need to make something for a special occasion. I know I have talked a lot about this special dress, and I will show it to you, but not before January because I made it for our special wedding anniversary.
What makes this pattern even more special is that you have also made this dress for so many special occasions; you have made wedding dresses, graduations dresses, confirmation dresses, and so many other special dresses, and that is the greatest gift I can get - thanks from the bottom of my heart.
